Habits
Keeping a short list beats keeping a backlog
The Stash is designed to hold a handful of games, not a hundred.
Most game libraries turn into graveyards. You save things you intend to play, the list grows past the point where you can see it all, and then you stop opening it because it feels like homework.
The Stash on SowSoy is built for the opposite habit. It has no folders, no sorting rules and no counters that shame you. It holds what you kept, in the order you kept it, and it is designed to stay in single digits.
A useful test: if you cannot remember why a game is in your list, it does not need to be there. Removing it costs nothing, because the arcade is still there and the search box still works.
There is a second reason to keep the list short. A kept game is a small promise to yourself that you will play it again. Four promises is a plan. Forty is a fiction.
Everything in the Stash lives in your own browser, which means it is yours and nobody else's. It also means that clearing your browsing data is the same as emptying the stash. That is a feature: a list you can walk away from is a list that never becomes a chore.
